The main portal is Rightmove and we have a live feed to this website which means your property is on the market instantly.
Advertising with a to let board
Displayed at your property 24 hours a day, our eye catching to let signs prove to be a very effective way to let your home or investment property.
Enquiries from tenants that have seen the sign have one important factor above any other… the tenants have already. Identified the location and appearance of the property as suiting their requirements.
Advertising in the local paper
We will advertise your property in the Local Leighton Buzzard Observer on a regular basis.
We can arrange for your property to have a dedicated half page advert for maximum effect.

The Squares App
Squares also have an app available to download from the app store.Your property will be advertised on this app reaching many tenants instantly.Firstly we send a notification to all tenants registered with the app, your property to their mobile device. It is available to view with photographs,floorplans and of course the description; they can even arrange a viewing from the app.
It is Squares intention to accompany all viewings. Feedback on the viewing will be given within 48 hours.
Serious tenants registered
We have a large database of serious tenants registered, these include many tenants that have been tenants of ours previously which come with our extra approval, there are also many tenants on relocation packages to the local area. On receiving your instructions to market your property we will contact all the tenants on our system in a variety of ways for them to view your property.
After move in dedication
Often overlooked by the landlord but this is a crucial part of the tenancy, the ongoing management. At Squares we have a dedicated team of professionals managing your property, they are all individually responsible for certain parts of the process and therefore you have a dedicated point of contact for all your enquires. We pride ourselves in the quality of this process to ensure your tenants remain happy and stay renting your property for some time.
Some agents employ a separate company to carry out this role but they are usually based out of office and having never met you or seen your property or knowing your individual requirements we would question if they will understand your needs as well as we will.
Energy Performance Certificate / Gas Safety Regulations
We keep on top of your legal obligations; we are able to order EPC’s and Gas Safety Certificates on your behalf we use local independent companies that specialise in this area and as we are a local business we like to support other local business where we can.
Registering the deposit
It is now a legal requirement for all deposits to be registered with a regulated scheme. We manage this process for all our landlords either registering the deposit with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme or The Deposit Protection Service.
Professional credit reference checking
In order to secure the very best tenants we will place all tenants through a credit and referencing checking agency.
We use Rentshield and they are very experienced in this field and cover all aspects of referencing. We have been using them for many years and have a fantastic working relationship with them. The referencing would normally include a credit check, employment history and previous landords history.
Your property is one of your most valuable assets. This means you and Squares must do their best to protect your investment and to maintain its rental potential. If a tenancy results in damages, a comprehensive inventory of your property is essential if you hope to retain all or part of your tenant's deposit. The inventory forms part of the contract between tenant, landlord and Squares and we make sure it contains sufficient detail to remove all uncertainty when it comes to the discussion of missing, damaged property or contents.
